Fee Waiver Form

Tree City Homeschoolers has limited resources for fee waivers.  We will review applications each semester to determine in what way we may be able to help.  We do not want money to stand in your way of being a part of Tree City Homeschoolers.  Even if a fee waiver is not able to be given, we are happy to work out a payment plan that works for you.  Your form will only ever be shared with board members.  We will hold all of your answers in the strictest confidence.
